Is a Neutral Reference Check Really the New Negative?

@Kris_Dunn – from HR Capitalist recently posted a new blog entitled “Reference Checks: Neutral is the New Negative, and Getting Negative Info is Gold…” where he says that getting no real information on a candidate is the new negative when it comes to reference checking.

Greg Moran, CEO of Chequed.com thinks that is not necessarily the case and that phone-based reference checking is really the problem.
