Great post Jason. I think the questions you posed are important ones as there does tend to be a knee jerk reaction toward integration first without really exploring the business necessity or importance of that integration. The reality is that some HR technology applications are not critical to integrate and the implementation complexity ends up pushing out the ROI. As an HR tech vendor, we love to see our technology integrated but think dialogue around the overall importance of “tying everything together” versus getting a tool up and running and proving the ROI is an important one.
