I don’t see a “Submit” or “Complete” button after I answer all the questions? What do I do?
A “Submit” button will only display once all questions have been answered. The “Submit” button can be found in two places: at the very top and very bottom of the page, once all questions are answered. If you do not see a “Submit” button and you are at the end of the assessment try scrolling all the way down the page, or all the way to the top. If you still do not see the Submit button, click on the “Next” button on the right, or the similar button (with arrows) on the left (DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSER BACK BUTTON). Any unanswered quesitons will then be highlighted in red text. Answer any remaining questions and look for the Submit button again at the very bottom or very top of the page.

I have added 5 references, but it still says “Not Invited”. How do I invite them?
References will only be invited IF and when the Hiring Manager decides to check your references. You are only adding your reference information at this point. References will remain “Not Invited” until a hiring manager decides to check your references.

I don’t have email addresses for references. What should I do?
The system requires a valid, unique email address for each reference. You can always log back in at a later date to add references with email addresses. DO NOT input fake email address!! If you cannot locate reference email addresses, your “Progress” may not show on your screen as Complete, but the hiring manager will still see your application and the results of any completed questionnaire(s), and the hiring manager may choose to discuss references with you at a later date.

Can I log out withouth completing the questionnaire, and come back to it later?
You may log back in at any time to complete any remaining steps, or to add references. You do not have to complete all steps at once. HOWEVER, for each step, or section, you must complete that step’s entire questionnaire in a single session. The system WILL NOT save your responses to a partially completed questionnaire. You must answer all questions and click the “Submit” button for responses to be saved. You may then logout safely.

How long will it be before someone contacts me about my application?
Chequed.com provides the questionnaires for many companies but we do not decide who gets contacted or when. That is the sole discretion of the company you applied too. If you require any further information or contact information for the company you applied to, we suggest you visit their website and contact them directly. Chequed.com does not have and cannot provide contact information for the company you applied to.

I can’t login. It says “candidate already invited” for this position and it won’t let me take the assessment. What should I do?
It means you had previously registered to take the assessment, either by entering the email address you are using now or by clicking a link in an online application. It either case, the system would have automatically sent you an email with your login information. The email would be from noreply@chequed.com. If you don’t see it in your inbox, double check your spam/junk folder. You will need to login at http://backoffice.chequed.com/system/login and can always use the “Forgot Password” button there as well.

I forgot/can’t find my login information.
On the login page for Chequed.com, http://backoffice.chequed.com/system/login you will find a “Forgot Password” link. When you click on “Forgot Password” another email will be sent to you with a new, temporary password.
IF you don’t see that email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.

I did not receive an email with my login information for Chequed, and I need to log back into the system.
If you did not see a system email from Chequed with your login information, you can still use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page for Chequed. Here is the link for the login page: http://backoffice.chequed.com/system/login

I’ve pasted my resume into the job application, but the resume question is still highlighted in red and showing as incomplete.
Please do the following: Move your cursor into the resume text box. Anywhere in the text box is fine. Then, hit the “Return” or “Enter” key on your keyboard. This will register your resume as being pasted and the submit button will appear. ALSO, make sure you are copying the text of your resume, not the resume icon. You must open up your resume and copy the text.

How can I go back and edit the email template that will go to my references?
You cannot go back to edit the reference email template after hitting SAVE. However, be assured that all fields in brackets [ ] relating your name, position name, etc., will auto-populate with the correct information. You do not need to make any changes to those areas.

The password Chequed sent me is not working? When I enter my login information, I get a message stating that my login or password is incorrect.
Try this – make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your email address or password. Sometimes, when copying and pasting your login information into the login fields, an extra, blank space gets included. This extra space will prevent the login information from working. Also, make sure you are logging in at this web address only: http://backoffice.chequed.com/system/login Otherwise, if you have more than one email address, make sure you are using the address you registered with. NOTE: you can always use the “Forgot Password” button on the login page to reset your password. When you click on “Forgot Password” another email will be sent to you with a new, temporary password. IF you don’t see that email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.

I can’t answer the questions/there are no answers to choose from. (For questions that have a ‘bar’ underneath the question text).
For each question, rate yourself on a scale of 0-100 (the bar). You can just click anywhere on the bar, and rating numbers will appear. You can modify your answer from there.

What browsers/operating systems does Chequed support?

Chequed works well with, IE 8, Firefox 3.6+, Google Chrome and Safari 5+. PLEASE NOTE: You may experience issues using IE9 with an older version of Chequed. If your browser is more than 3 years old we suggest updating your browser before registering and taking Chequed Questionnaires. **MOBILE DEVICES** – Only the newest version Chequed supports answering questionnaires on mobile platforms.
