CHEQUED.COM ACQUIRES ASSESSMENT TECHNOLOGY FIRM FITABILITY SYSTEMS

Saratoga Springs, NY and Atlanta, GA – October 16, 2009 – Chequed.com, an emerging provider of Predictive Employment Performance™ software, announced today it has acquired assessment technology provider Fitability Systems, LLC of Decatur, GA. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“Over the last 10 years, Fitability has built an outstanding reputation for the quality of its behavioral assessment products and its client service. We are thrilled to have Fitability as part of Chequed.com and look forward to continuing to build a world class assessment technology company together,” said Greg Moran, President of Chequed.com.  “While Fitability will become part of Chequed.com immediately, its industry leading products and service will remain consistent for current and future clients,” he continued.

Seed Capital Fund of Central New York Invests in Next Generation Talent Screening Through Chequed.com

Saratoga Springs, NY – 9/16/09 – Chequed.com, Inc. announced an investment today from the Seed Capital Fund of Central New York (SCF). The funding will be used to further Chequed.com’s commercialization of its Predictive Employee Performance™ suite of on-demand assessment and selection tools. The terms of the investment are undisclosed.
