In this study we look at Ultradent, a well established medical device sales organization that has grown from start-up to industry powerhouse over the course of just 3 decades.
Like any smart organization, Ultradent knew that despite all their success there was probably room for improvement. They took a hard look at their talent selection process and decided that they had outgrown their existing process that relied on intuition, hunches, and the likeability of a candidate, and not enough on careful analysis of competency based hiring.
